About mPower Support.

Our support team is based in the U.S. and works exclusively with liquor store operators. When you call or submit a ticket, you’re talking to someone who knows the software and understands the business — not a general help desk reading from a script.

TeamViewer lets our technicians connect directly to your system and work through issues alongside you in real time. Most sessions are resolved in a single call. For less urgent questions, the Help Desk portal lets you submit tickets, track their status, and search our documentation for step-by-step guides on common tasks like end-of-day closing, inventory counts, and report generation.
